The house is located on a plot of 1550m2, in the prestigious Cala Tamarit urbanization, on the seafront, surrounded by pine trees and the native vegetation of the area, as well as cliffs. It has walking access (15minutes) to the beach of La Mora and Altafulla and a small cove on foot of the castle of Tamarit (10 minutes.) In front of the house a small path goes round the coast. The house of modern architecture consists of two floors. On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms 3 with sea views and 3 bathrooms, as well as the dining room separated from the living room by four steps, all rooms with direct views over the sea.
