At the end of the hallway, there is a bathroom with a large shower and sink, and just beside it, a separate toilet. From here, you arrive at the double-height living room, cozy and bright, furnished with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, television with French channels and a fireplace. The living room connects to the open-plan kitchen facing the canal, fully equipped with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, oven, fridge, blender, toaster and ceramic hob. The dining room, located in the tower, creates a very special atmosphere with its round table, benches and seating for eight.
