Our beautiful, spacious open plan villa, faces South, on the foothills of the Sierra de Colombares regional park in a small traditional Spanish village. It is situated between the unspoilt sandy beaches of the Costa Calida and the historical City of Murcia. Large rooftop solarium offers panoramic views over the village and surrounding countryside, this is a great secluded sun drenched spot to soak up the sun by day and dine alfresco by night. Our 90sqm house is located on a new development, but within walking distance of the village facilities, which include 1 supermarkets, bakery, bars/cafes and a pharmacy. The quiet and secluded SHARED COMMUNITY pool, equipped with a jacuzzi is 20m away. The villa is well appointed and beautifully furnished in a contemporary style and is fully equipped for self catering, with a ceramic hob & oven and microwave. The lounge area has a TV and there is an Amazon Firestick for UK TV the Keyholder will give this to you when you arrive. Films etc plus a available DVD Player only, Free Wi Fi. There is a compulsory laundry/cleaning fee of €80 payable on arrival in cash to the keyholder. On receipt of this the Keyholder will give you the Firestick if requested. This must be returned with the keys on departure. Check out time is 11am unless arranged with myself....
