We here present a carefully renovated holiday home with a pool, which is part of a 250 year old manor home. The house is in a quiet location on a hillside at the edge of the centre of a city in northern Tenerife, only a few kilometres from the ocean. Enjoy the panoramic views from the living and bedroom, reaching from the town all the way to La Palma. From your bedroom window you can see the Teide - what a sight to wake up to! Outside, you will find the tiled pool patio with a covered lounge, a dining area under a sun shade, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a large worktop. Another highlight of the property is the pool are with the in ground pool, an outdoor shower and reclining sun loungers with a sun shade. The 70 m² house offers a top floor, surrounded by glass windows, with the living room, bedroom and bathroom with a toilet. On the ground floor, you will find a fully furnished kitchen with a breakfast nook and patio and pool access. The bedroom s furnished with a romantic canopy bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). On either side of the bed is a nightstand. In front of the bed are a cosy sofa bed and two armchairs; rest and relax and enjoy the views of the ocean and the mountain here. The guest house is part of a 250 year old manor house, which has been carefully renovated. A private pool is available, an outdoor kitchen and 2 terraces also. On the ground floor of the guest house is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, coffee and espresso machine, microwave oven, toaster, fridge-freezer, stove / oven is, among other things, on the first floor a living room with a romantic double bed, large screen TV, shower and toilet. The upper floor is glazed all around. The house itself is a gem and has been carefully restored with modern technology and equipment. Washer and dryer are available. The atmosphere is simply beautiful - on a clear day you can see the island of La Palma. The Teide she welcomes in the morning when you wake up from the bed when the first rays of sunlight illuminate him.
