The apartment belongs to the Complex Las Coronas, one of the best preserved in Costa Teguise, and with a typical Canarian style. It consists of 2 magnificent pools, lush gardens and entertainment areas for children (playground, ...) and adults (tennis court, pool bar where take some cocktail at the poolside bar. The complex is private parking available for guests free of charge. The resort is located in the center of Costa Teguise, in an area with great variety of restaurants, bars, shops, ... A gate in the garden leads out to the sea front and onto the promenade. This stretches a few kilometres along the sea front, from the King of Spain’s holiday home near the villa, all the way through Costa Teguise to the excellent windsurfing beach at Las Cucharas. It is well lit at night and ideal for an evening stroll to a wide choice of local and international restaurants. The nearest sandy beach is Playa Bastian which is a five minute walk. The rocky seafront by the villa is perfect for fishing enthusiasts and for beachcombing at low tide. A supermarket, the nearest restaurant, a cyber café and a fitness centre are within a two minutes walk. Costa Teguise is host to a lovely golf course and a large water park, both of which are a short drive from the villa. There is a large outdoor area for dining and lounging. This area has a pergola for shade if desired. The living are is huge with plenty of seating. Full wifi is included in the price. The bedrooms have windows facing the ocean and the master bedroom has a walk out door to the terrace and ocean. There is a large roof terrace space for lounging with privacy.
