This magnificent Nice style property consists of three levels: On the ground floor, at the entrance, we find a comfortable living and dining room with an open kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and an oven. The kitchen has direct access to a quiet and cool patio with its outdoor furniture, barbecue, a bathroom with shower and a small laundry. The first floor includes a large double room with a nice private terrace and a double bedroom with a small balcony overlooking the sea. Here we also find a family bathroom with bathtub. We enter through the ground floor where the access hall gives way to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a beautiful dining room and a large living room from where we can exit on a beautiful terrace and garden where you can enjoy the tranquility of the Costa Brava.
