Old stone house located in the small town of Noves de Segre which is 12 km from La Seu d'Urgell and 14 km from Andorra. The house, oriented to the south, is surrounded by a large garden with woods and meadows, has a fantastic view over the valley of Segre river. The garden has an area equipped with a basketball net and swings to enjoy the little ones.
