Pool and garden area is exclusive for our guests of these homes and is shared within them. It is open all year and 24 hours. You can swim in it even at night. Everything is like at home. There is also a barbecue area where you can cook on the fire. Tables, chairs, loungers with parasols. Baby highchair is available upon previous request and for an extra fee. The accommodation also features a ping pong table. Upon request an electric car charge, a firewood bag or carbon bag can be provided for an extra fee. In addition there is a swing. There is no contamination, the air is fresh and clean. Every Friday they bring the bread of the town (you only have to notify 1 day before). Every Wednesday they bring fruit and vegetables from the orchard Every Thursday ice cream and frozen food. You can buy it without leaving town. The house occupies a part of the farmhouse Biosca, first mentioned in 955 and located on the south side of the Serra de Castelltallat, in an area PEIN (Pla d'Espais d'Interès Natural) at 850 meters above sea level. Les Corts de Biosca has two double bedrooms, a single bedroom-library (which can be converted into a double), bathroom and toilet, kitchen, living room with fireplace and large terrace. It has excellent views to Montserrat and is fully equipped: heating, kitchen with microwave and refrigerator, washing machine, television, furniture for children, wifi... This detached house with private swimming pool, built in the XIXth century, is located in the province Barcelona, in the region Calonge de Segarra, in the pretty Catalonian countryside. You can enjoy the tranquillity the region has to offer here. The house is fully equipped and has various facilities for children. It consists of a lower floor, a first and second floor. The region offers you the opportunity to make various cultural excursions along castles, small Romanesque buildings and through the pretty villages... The beach of Sitges is only 1 hour away from the holiday home and the famous attraction park Port Aventura at only 1.5h by car away. The Country House El Torrent in Sant Climent de Pinell is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a view of Pyrenees. Our property offers two independent accommodations for rent; half of the house is rented to one group of guests and the other half to another group. We have a mineral and vitamin pool, available only in June, July, and August. The pool and garden area is exclusive for guests of both houses and is shared between them. We offer three barbecues and two areas with tables and benches on different sides of the house, so each group can enjoy more privacy. The garden is fenced on one side and open on the other.
