In the main villa on the first floor there are 3 air conditioned bedrooms, a large kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, family lounge and dining area and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom benefits from its own en-suite. There is also another double and a twin room along with a family bathroom. On the ground floor is the 4th bedroom where the guest will find another spacious bedroom with a double bed and a shower room. There is also a basic kitchen with a fridge, kettle and toaster. There are no oven or hob facilities. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area. Straight out from the living room you exit onto a spacious covered terrace with a comfortable lounge seating and dining area with magnificent sea views. The detached luxury villa "CASA MAJOS" was beautifully built for you as a vacationer in 2018 and is located in a quiet, exclusive location in Puerto del Carmen (Los Mojones). Puerto del Carmen used to be a romantic fishing village and is still probably the most beautiful place on the island today. The house is on a private road and cannot be seen from the outside. It is about 10 to 15 minutes' walk to the beach, as well as the promenade with its bars, restaurants, boutiques, etc. This extremely spacious, two-story villa can accommodate 6 people.
