This very special villa is placed in the lowest part of Los Mojones area, 1/4 mile away from a big supermarket, 5 minute walk to pubs, restaurants and shopping mall, 7 min walk to the old town and the port, and 10 minute away from the beach in a cul-de-sac, surrounded by villas, what gives it a unique combo; a very quiet environment ideal for a relaxing stay, but very close to amenities and services. La Retreat is a completely independent and private 145m² (1560ft²) villa with high volcanic walls, on 800m² (8611ft²) plot, and has a private parking for 2 cars. The exterior has a private 7m x 3m (24ft x 11ft) heated swimming pool (heated november-april, outside this period, at 100 euro fee charged), beautiful gardens with grown trees, a built barbaque with its own eating area under a pepper tree, and an outside dinning area and a chilling area, under the pergola in the front of the villa.
