This unique property is located in the quiet area of Los Mojones in Lanzarotes main resort of Puerto Del Carmen. It consists of two main accommodation areas. In the main villa on the first floor there are 3 air conditioned bedrooms, a large kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, family lounge and dining area and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom benefits from its own en-suite. There is also another double and a twin room along with a family bathroom. On the ground floor is the 4th bedroom where the guest will find another spacious bedroom with a double bed and a shower room. There is also a basic kitchen with a fridge, kettle and toaster. There are no oven or hob facilities. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area. Straight out from the living room you exit onto a spacious covered terrace with a comfortable lounge seating and dining area with magnificent sea views. Villa Nancy sits on the edge of Lanzarote's impressive resort of Puerto del Carmen.
