Villa Nerea is a small and beautiful property set in a quiet neighbourhood of Los Narejos just a flat 12-minutes walk to the bars and restaurants of the 525 Plaza in Los Alcazares, or a flat 15 minute walk to the beaches of the Mar Menor. Completely renovated to a very high standard, the property has its own large swimming pool, private rooftop solarium, and large shaded rear patio. For the 2024 season the pool has been completely refurbished after 5 years of enjoyment by our guests and is ready to be enjoyed all over again! There is a comfortable master bedroom with a kingsize bed and a smaller second bedroom with adult size bunk beds. The luxury bathroom has been upgraded for 2024 with a large walk-in shower by Grohe.
