Villa Viha is a lovely property, very privately situated on the top of a rural area. The house is 316sqm and the garden is 5800sqm. It sleeps 10 guests. It has a large poolarea and several fantastic terraces. The views are just amazing. You can see the sea and 22 vulcano tops! The city you see in front of the largest terracce is Arreciffe which is 10 minutes drive away, and the village on the side is Nazaret, 2 minutes drive or about 10 minutes walk away. That´s where the museum and cool restaurant Lagomar is situated and also an Italian restaurant called La Forgia. You have the airport 15 minutes drive away, the closest beach Costa Teguise 8 minutes drive away and Famara Beach 15 if you want to surf. Four bedrooms are on the topfloor, were you also find two bathrooms, a sauna, livingroom, diningroom and kitchen. You have a terracce on the backside, and two terrasses in the front plus pool with poolarea and BBQ. Downstairs you have another large bedroom with bathroom ensuite and a 45 sqm room with a smart tv, sofas and pool table!
