The house is situated in a recent urbanization (14 years old) and looks well cared for. The closed garden is full of shrubs and there is a spacious terrace around the pool (with outdoor shower) that faces south along a riverbed. It also enjoys a lot of privacy here. We use this property as a 2nd home for ourselves so that all comfort and material is present. On the ground floor is a spacious kitchen, separate living room, bathroom, hallway and garage. Both kitchen and living room have a covered patio so you can always find shade but also the evening sun. On the first floor is a suite with double bed, separate bathroom and private sun terrace. Furthermore, a double bedroom and a bedroom with a double bed and single bed. These last 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. There is sleeping accommodation planned for 7 people. There are bicycles that can be used, but the use of a car is recommended here when shopping. There are three supermarkets within a radius of 1 to 2 km (zuma, Spar, Aldi etc ...)
