The "Apartment at the foot of the garden in Roses", cosy, quiet and familiar, has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. This quiet flat consists of a bright living room with large windows overlooking the garden, with an exit to a large covered porch of 25m2 and furnished that goes out to the garden. The kitchen is very well equipped (toaster, blender, nespresso, Italian coffee machine, juice maker). It has a double bedroom with a small private terrace with mountain views, a large built-in wardrobe and an adjoining outdoor bathroom, so it can accommodate 2 people. It is completely luminous and exterior. The bed in the bedroom has 2 bed bases joined by slats and two very comfortable and inseparable mattresses. Each one is 90*1,90, making a large double bed. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite dish, stereo, 55" tv, DVD, tdt, books, large fridge with freezer, osmotic, microwave, hairdryer, standing and ceiling fan, cooker and a washing machine. The washing machine area is in a separate room outside and its use is shared only with the other flat on the property. Goertz und Partner offers this beautiful house for tourist rental. The property is located in the urbanization of "Mas Busca" 3 km from Roses and its beaches. The house has been completely renovated. The house has a terrace from which you access the house. Upon entering there is a small living room with a television and a sofa. Continuing, there is a dining area from which you can go out to the rear terrace where you will find a barbecue. The American kitchen is very well equipped and has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and other appliances. We have a total of three bedrooms, which each have a double bed (140 cm). The bathroom has an Italian shower and we have a separate toilet. The house is equipped with air conditioners, one in the dining room, another two in two bedrooms. The jacuzzi that can be seen in the photos is not in operation, nor is it available to the tenants. The house does not have internet. The cleaning of the barbecue is in charge of the user tenants.
