Villa Princesa Sonia is a beautiful independent house with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom located in one of the most demanded areas of Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. It is within a very quiet tourist urbanization with beaches, shopping centers and a fabulous sea avenue. The villa belongs to my family for over 35 years. In 2018 we completed a comprehensive reform of the villa to modernize it and prepare it for the holiday rental. As can be seen in the photos, we spare nothing to achieve a spectacular result, both inside and outside. The house maintains the traditional essence of Canarian architecture: volcanic stone, white walls, typical chimneys, straight lines ... but now it has a more modern, fresh, cozy style ... Light enters everywhere. The house has a master bedroom with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and soundproof windows. In this bedroom there is a double bed. The mattress is high-end with measures 150cm x 200cm. Comfort and rest is guaranteed. In addition, there is a safe in the closet for your valuables. In the secondary bedroom there are two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. There is a large window with soundproof crystals.
