This fabulous detached villa for max. 4 persons is situated on a quiet side street of Mazarrón Country Club close to the back entrance to the club. It has a light living room with Smart TV (Netflix-fans can watch their favorite movies and series) and a well equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, ceramic cooking plate, oven, dishwasher, water kettle and Senseo coffee maker. There are two good sized bedrooms with ample closet space, both with a double bed. The property has a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. There is a central air condition unit to keep the villa cold in the summer heat (surcharge applies). In the winter, the air condition can be used as a central heating. There is a private swimming pool (8x4m) at your disposal in the south-facing garden where you can enjoy the Spanish sun all day long.
