This modern villa is in the popular area of Mar de Plata, Puerto de Mazarron, just a short walk from the beach, with a private pool, terraces with sea and mountain views and a high standard of accommodation throughout, including air conditioning, fast internet and WiFi. Villa Rhosa provides the perfect setting for a family holiday close to the town of Puerto de Mazarron, and the beautiful coastline of this area. The property has a secure lockable entrance gate and a front terrace with private plunge pool with steps (not ladder) for easy access. There is space for three to four sunbeds to lounge in the sun by the side of your pool, and also a table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining. Please do not move furniture to park on the front terrace as it is not designed to take the weight of a vehicle. There is plenty of parking in the road directly in front of the villa.
