The ground floor consists of a garage with capacity for 2 cars, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room and a small rest room. The upper floor is distributed among the 5 rooms, decorated with style and parquet flooring, a bathroom with bathtub, a bathroom with dutxa, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a terrace that includes the kitchen, the dining room and 3 bedrooms. The whole house has been recently renovated and prepared so that guests enjoy a pleasant stay. It is wide and very bright.
