The open roof structure in the living and kitchen area conveys a spacious ambience, not least due to the high-quality materials used. This creates a feel-good atmosphere in a completely natural way in 120 square meters of living space. A highlight of the holiday finca is the natural pond, which is up to 2 metres deep. This is cleaned naturally by plants and the existing waterfall ensures that the water is constantly enriched with oxygen. We therefore absolutely avoid the use of chlorine, salt or other chemicals. For this reason, we do not guarantee the water quality and the use of the natural pond is at your own risk. From the large terrace you can look out to sea and it is the perfect place to relax and unwind. There is a large covered dining table, so you can eat outside with a sea view whatever the weather.
