Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls, 450-600 Mbps), 2 TVs including a smart TV and a Fire-stick, with streaming services, a DVD player, a CD player, 3 fans, heating as well as a complete washing machine. The house has private outdoor space with a private pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, 2 balconies and a barbecue. The house is just 250 meters from 2 large supermarkets. Furthermore, there are several restaurants within walking distance. To reach the village center, a cab is recommended. There are two parking spaces in the closed area. Pets are allowed, upon prior request and for a fee (contact the manager Johnny). There is a security camera on the property that monitors the entrance/gate.
