The villa counts on a living/dining area, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a utility room, parking facilities, private heatable pool (the pool heating service is not included in the price) and a beautiful garden. Air-conditioning is provided in any room of the villa. Spacious and lighted living room has been decorated with natural stone. It has a LCD TV, air-conditioning and large sliding doors with direct access to the exterior of the villa. The main bedroom, with a large double bed, is equipped with large wardrobes.
