La Coma d'en Roca is a restored 17th century stone farmhouse that stands out for its elevated position above the valley and exceptional views. It has large common areas and an impressive garden with a fenced swimming pool facing the Cabrarès massif. The property has a land of 50 hectares. The area next to the house is a large garden with several terraces. There is a barbecue area and a picnic area to eat under the shade of the trees. There is also a covered outdoor games room with table tennis, table soccer, billiards and a chill out area. The pool area is elevated above the garden and overlooks the entire property with exceptional views.
