A dream villa where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the area. It has a large garden, with a mini golf course, comfortable sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing in the pool area. Villa Alegria is a magnificent property located in the south of the island of Lanzarote. It is perfectly equipped and has four bedrooms with a total capacity for 8 people. The living and dining room overlooks the pool area. The furniture is of high quality and very well maintained. Villa alegría has air conditioning / heating, satellite TV and DVD player and stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with: fridge/freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, cooking utensils, dishwasher and toaster. In the garden area there is a heated swimming pool with additional cost. Its temperature ranges between 26ºC-28ºC maximum.
