Villa Atlántico is a spectacular property, ideal for relaxing with family or friends, as well as for enjoying Lanzarote due to its exceptional location, tranquillity and unique design and decoration. The house is only 200 metres walk from La Concha beach and the promenade, where you will find bars and restaurants of all kinds, and 100 metres from the Deiland shopping centre, full of shops and supermarkets. In 2018 we completed a comprehensive reform of the villa to modernize it and prepare it for the holiday rental. Casa Felipe is a modern, cosy detached vacation rental home set in a small residential complex with a communal pool, just 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants with no hills to climb. Because of its position in the complex, at the end of a short path, but still only 30 metres from the pool, it is perfect for undisturbed sunbathing on comfortable cushioned, sun loungers on the ample terrace. A small garden to the side of the patio, with a couple of strategically placed trees offers even more privacy. There is a built in barbecue and large table for al fresco dining. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from an unusual, circular lounge/dining room with a domed ceiling. There is a modern dining table with four chairs and a very large sofa for lounging while watching TV and two separate comfy chairs. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms lead off the main room of the villa. I live within 3 minutes of the property and so am able to deal with any problems that may arise quickly. Clients, some of whom have been coming for years, tell me that they love the property because it is very homely and I strive to make it feel loved and welcoming! Prices are the same for 2 people throughout the year. There is an additional charge for up to three extra guests....
