Villa Atlántico is a spectacular property, ideal for relaxing with family or friends, as well as for enjoying Lanzarote thanks to its exceptional location, tranquility, and unique design and decoration. The house is located just 200 meters on foot from La Concha beach and the promenade, where you will find all kinds of bars and restaurants, and 100 meters from the Deiland shopping center, full of shops and supermarkets. It consists of a ground floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en-suite), a separate kitchen, and a living room. An upper floor features an immense living room with spectacular sea views, a fully equipped separate kitchen, dressing rooms, two en-suite bathrooms (one with a bathtub and shower), and two bedrooms with incredible views. Both floors have high-speed WIFI and Bluetooth speakers. They can be rented independently. The terrace area, with a saltwater pool, has sun loungers for up to eight people.
