They both have their own large heated private pool. They have an excellent location very close to the sea/beach and yet in the quiet residential area in Puerto del Carmen. They are just 200 yards from coastal promenade with all its shops and restaurants. Both villas have recently been completely refurbished (2018) to a very high standard, now boasting spacious and modern accommodation.
