It is located by the sea and a short distance from Vigo, the Cies Islands, National Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia. This modernist style house is known when in the 20's of the last century it was the setting for different magazines and used for the film "Carmiña, flor de Galicia". Among its owners was the Vigo painter Elina Mólins Fernández Chao, sponsored by the painter Francisco Pradilla, one of the great Spanish painters of the 19th and 20th century, and years later it was owned by Gerardo Campos (president of Tranvías Eléctricos de Vigo) and visionary of the Rande bridge. The house is built on five terraces, which allow views of the sea and the surrounding hills.
