Our 3 bedroom house is located in the El Divino community, which is gated for all residents and guests security. Ours is a mature community with beautiful gardens, regularly maintained. It is ideally located, some 25min drive from Murcia International airport or 60 min from Alicante. A short stroll takes you to the calm waters of the Mar Menor, with its safe bathing, especially good for those with children and to a wide variety of restaurants and shops. Our house is set on a corner plot, overlooking the pool and comes with air conditioning in the main lounge and both upstairs bedrooms, which have their own balcony. All rooms also have ceiling fans. There is a roof solarium with a large sun canopy, ideal for sheltered sunbathing and a private front terrace and garden with tables and chairs. There is a large pool with a separate shallow area for younger children. This is our family home in Spain, so is furnished in a traditional spanish style with all those little bits and pieces that make a 'home'.
