The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The villa counts on a living/dining area, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a utility room, parking facilities, private heatable pool (the pool heating service is not included in the price) and a beautiful garden. Air-conditioning is provided in any room of the villa. Spacious and lighted living room has been decorated with natural stone.
