Casa Mila is a detached villa with heated pool and hot tub, set 20m from the sea in Punta Mujeres, a fishing village in the unspoilt north east of the island. The sea views from the villa are amazing. The property has three air-conditioned bedrooms, three bathrooms, modern fitted kitchen, living room with SAT TV, WI-FI internet connection, and a separate family room with PS2, DVD player, flat screen TV and a sofa bed which can sleep one additional persons (size 140 cm x 200cm). Outside is a covered pergola with dining furniture, generous patio areas, electrically heated pool with chlorine-free water treatment, hot tub, charcoal barbecue and sun lounger. Fishing, rock pool exploration and sea swimming can be enjoyed within yards of the villa. This beautiful villa is a secret gem placed in the North of the island. Set in a peaceful area of a traditional fishermen village, that still preserves its local character. Placed by the sea and surrounded by a lovely garden, this 90 square metres detached house is been recently updated to first quality finishings. Is an airy and bright house that provides a spacious, comfortable lounge with flat TV, CD player and large sliding doors leading to the terrace and solarium, where a lovely swimming pool takes pride of a place. The pool maintains the right water temperature thanks to a sliding glass cover. There is a fully equipped good size kitchen, with a full range of high quality fitted units and uninterrupted ocean views from the kitchen windows. There is also a little patio with a laundry area and two spacious double bedrooms. One is a beautifully appointed ensuite with a king-size bed and a modern shower room with WC and vanity sink. The other is a very comfortable double bedroom, next to a complete beautiful bathroom with WC, bidet, lovely sink, a bath with an overhead shower and a big window to an enclosed little garden. There is free wi-fi throughout. From the terrace, you just can sit and relax, indulging yourself in the wonderful views and the evolving sound of the sea waves....
