The house has two large private terraces, one at the front and one at the back. It also features a communal swimming pool, which is available ONLY from June until the end of September. The Riells beach promenade offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, children's entertainment areas, supermarkets, water activities, etc. The house is divided into two floors. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with bunk beds, and one bedroom with two single beds. There are two bathrooms (both with showers), a spacious living-dining room with access to the front terrace, and an open-plan kitchen with access to the rear terrace. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture. The garage is not available for parking, but there is the possibility of parking on the same street for free.
