The property features an 800 m² garden with a seasonal pool (11x5 m), covered porch with chill-out area, gas and charcoal barbecues, ping pong table, children’s play area, and parking for 4 cars inside the estate. GROUND FLOOR: spacious reception, a museum with farmhouse tools and the original oil mill (El Trull), fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a guest bathroom. FIRST FLOOR: central lounge and 3 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom with shower and TV with streaming platforms: - Blue Room (2/3 people): double and single bed, balcony with views. - Yellow Room (2/3 people): double and single bed, balcony with views. - Master Room (2/4 people): queen bed, sitting area with sofa bed, fireplace, and terrace with views.
