This new and modern family villa is located in the small village of Roda just minutes from Roda golf resort and the town of Los Alcazares. The villa has a fantastic roof terrace with chill out sofas, sun beds, table and chairs for outside dining as well as the hot tub and sun shade. The villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with patio doors leading onto the rear patio area. Nearest airport Murcia (San Javier) less than 10 mintues drive, Alicante is about an hour drive. Los Alcázares is only 20-30 minutes walk which is full with restaurants, and you can find plenty of sandy beach there. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups. The house: On the ground floor there is a living-room and diner together, a kitchen, utility room, 3 piece bathroom. On the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. In the bedrooms we can accommodate 2-2 people, in the living room we have a sofa bed where another 2 people can sleep comfortably. We also have a travel cot for a small child (0-3 yr old). If there would be an extra person to sleep on the top of the 6, we have a set up bed, however there is an extra charge for the 7th person (€10 per night).
