This new and modern family villa is located in the small village of Roda just minutes from Roda golf resort and the town of Los Alcazares. The villa has a fantastic roof terrace with chill out sofas, sun beds, table and chairs for outside dining as well as the hot tub and sun shade. The villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with patio doors leading onto the rear patio area. There is a large lounge with sofa-bed, chairs and a large flat screen TV leading onto the front patio and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open plan so you can cook and entertain at the same time. At the front of the house you have the pool area where you can sit and relax. Roda golf course is just 5 minutes drive and is just one of 22 courses in the Murcia region all within a drive away. Roda is a small village just outside Los Alcazares with a great family feel and has a few restaurants and bars to enjoy an evening meal or lunchtime tapas. Just 5 minutes away you will find Los Alcazares which hosts restaurants from every nation including, Chinese, Indian, Spanish, French, English to name but a few. Los Alcazares has a large open market on a Tuesday and another in the neighbouring town of Los Narejos on Saturday. Bedroom 2 has two single beds (new mattresses 2023) and a double wardrobe with a separate bathroom (with shower). This new and modern family villa is located in the small village of Roda just minutes from Roda golf resort and the town of Los Alcazares. The villa has a fantastic roof terrace with chill out sofas, sun beds, table and chairs for outside dining as well as the hot tub and sun shade. The villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with patio doors leading onto the rear patio area. There is a large lounge with sofa-bed, chairs and a large flat screen TV leading onto the front patio and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open plan so you can cook and entertain at the same time. At the front of the house you have the pool area where you can sit and relax. Roda golf course is just 5 minutes drive and is just one of 22 courses in the Murcia region all within a drive away. Roda is a small village just outside Los Alcazares with a great family feel and has a few restaurants and bars to enjoy an evening meal or lunchtime tapas. Just 5 minutes away you will find Los Alcazares which hosts restaurants from every nation including, Chinese, Indian, Spanish, French, English to name but a few. Our 2 bedroom penthouse apartment is located within phase 1 of the Roda Golf and Beach Resort. The apartment is freshly decorated, furnished and maintained to a high standard. A brand new kitchen has recently been installed making it the perfect holiday home for your family or golfing break. The apartment has two balconies overlooking the communal swimming pool and a large private rooftop solarium, which is perfect for enjoying the year round sun! We offer free Wi-Fi, smart TV and air conditioning within the apartment. Our apartment is managed locally so you can rest assured of a friendly meet and greet on arrival with our keyholders. The resort is a gated community and has 24 hour security, plenty free street parking and the clubhouse, driving range and 1st tee are a short walk from our apartment.
