It sleeps 4 to 5 people and is set in an excellent position within mature gardens. 100 mb fibre WiFi is available. The apartment overlooks the communal swimming pool which is just a few steps away from the large patio. Bedroom 1 has two new (2023) single beds, a double wardrobe (with plentiful coathangers), en-suite bathroom, a 19 inch TV, hairdryer and doors which open up onto the patio. Bedroom 2 has two single beds (new mattresses 2023) and a double wardrobe with a separate bathroom (with shower). The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher while the large living area has a table and chairs and comfortable armchairs; the settee opens out to form a double bed. Our charming house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one completely renovated end 2023, with walk-in shower and one with shower), a front terrace, shared rear patio, a roof terrace and a communual swimming pool. It has everything you need for a nice holiday. Supermarkets, shops, the sea, restaurants, ... are all nearby. There is air conditioning / heating in both bedrooms, as well as in the living room. At a 20 minute drive you have the large shopping center 'La Zenia Boulevard'. We recommend renting a car, unless you like to do a good walk or cycle....
