When we enter the property the first thing we see is the pool area with a terrace ideal for sunbathing or having lunch under the shade of the pine trees. When we pass the entrance door of the house we find a large room with dining room, living room and large openings with views of the Sant Feliu de Guíxols valley and the sea. On the same floor we find a fully equipped kitchen, a room with two single beds and a bathroom. Going up to the top floor we have 3 bedrooms with 160 cm beds and one of them also with a single bed. There is also a bathroom and a toilet. From these rooms you can access a large terrace / solarium from where you can enjoy the aforementioned views. This terrace also has access to the swimming pool. There is air conditioning in all the rooms, not in the dining room.
