Villa Casa Nora is situated within its own grounds with its own private swimming pool which has Roman steps for easy access and a poolside shower. It has its own garden and a stunning sea and mountain view, which takes in the Isles de Medes. Outside is furnished with sun loungers, tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and pool equipment. There is roadside parking available just outside the gate of the villa. Outside also benefits from a passive infra-red security light which is very handy when returning to the villa after dark. The layout of the villa is open-plan and the dining area leads through double doors onto the terrace which looks out to the Mediterranean Sea. There is a brick-built barbecue with chimney situated on the terrace and a table with four chairs and sun umbrella. The villa floors are tiled throughout. Within the lounge area there is a leather suite (2 and 3 Seater), coffee table, 32" flat screen TV, DVD, satellite TV, music stereo and CD's and some traditional spanish furniture.
