Tranquil villa with large private pool with very private garden, on flat ground Lovely Spanish villa in the foothills of Vizcondado de Cabanyes, set in a quiet location near to the town of Calonge, in the heart of the Costa Brava. The property is on two levels, bedroom one is on the ground floor, whilst bedroom two and three are located in two separate towers, with separate staircases on each end of the villa. The villa sits on a large flat plot with no steps or slopes to negotiate, it has a large swimming pool 10m x 5m in size with a 2m depth at the deep end. There is lovely spacious seating area both around the pool and by the house there is a large covered area outside for dining and relaxing. There is plenty of space for a car both at the front of the house and on the road directly in front. Our agents are Dutch and speak fluent Spanish and Catalan German and of course English The Villa is only 3km from Sant Antoni where you will find long sandy beaches and coves, all with blue flag rating.
