This is a house built in 1949 and renovated 5 years ago but preserving the essence of the village and also its more Mediterranean and comfortable side. In the inner courtyard you can see an old jar brought from Murcia. Located in a very quiet street, without noise, it is ideal for rest. In addition we have also created a work space in the dining room (common area), available for 2 pc. It has a very spacious kitchen with dining table. Laundry room where you will also find iron and ironing board, cleaning products... And a complete bathroom with shower. As for the bedrooms of the house, in total there are 3. Two of them with double bed, and the third with two single beds. In total adding up to a maximum capacity to accommodate 6 people in the house. In short, we wanted to create a fresh, versatile and comfortable space. Its proximity to the subway to move to Barcelona, is another of the strengths of the location of our home.
