Naturaki Can Casadevall is an isolated house in the middle of a 10,000 m2 estate in the region of La Selva. We find it in the middle of nature but very well connected, next to the PGA Caldes de Malavella golf course, Girona and only one hour from Barcelona. The common, spacious, bright and open spaces will leave you speechless. The imposing entrance distributes the house in three spaces: the day area overlooking the pool, the sleeping area and the attic-studio area with TV to enjoy the views. In the day area we find a spacious room with incredible views to the outside, with a fireplace, and a marble table. The kitchen, fully equipped, gives way to a large covered porch with barbecue, which can be used both in winter and summer. The house has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, heating and free wifi. Next to the living room we find a room with two beds, a bathroom with shower and sauna, the billiard room and the ping-pong room. La Masía is located on a farm in Sils. The house has been restored in recent years to make it as welcoming as possible. The rural house is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall and a large living room with a fireplace. There is also a comfortable and well equipped kitchen with all the necessary elements to facilitate your stay in the house and another dining room. There is an office and a bathroom. Outside the ground floor there is an outside room where you can enjoy nature and tranquility and there is also another dining room with barbecue and another bathroom. On the first floor there are 9 rustic rooms (4 rooms have a private bathroom and for the other 5 rooms there is a bathroom to share). In total the farmhouse is for about 24 people. The farmhouse garden is very spacious, perfect for relaxing. There is a covered area where you can practice sports such as basketball, racquetball, hockey. There are also some swings, Ideal for children. The garden is completely fenced. You can also enjoy a pool of 8'50m x 4'50m. We also have billiards, table football and ping pong....
