The 40m2 holiday home consists of a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, one with a double bed), as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Guests will also enjoy the small covered terrace with views over the sea, the ideal place to start the day with a warm cup of coffee. Due to its excellent location, you will find a selection of restaurants, bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity (100-300m; 1-4 minutes walking), while the closest sandy beach, Playa de la Laja, can be reached after walking 450m or 5 minutes. Here guests can swim in the crystal-clear waters of the sea and relax under the sun with a good book.
