This beautiful flat, which has just been refurbished, is located in the centre of the old town of L'Escala, just a few metres from the Playa de las Barcas beach, the local shops, cultural activities, restaurants and bars for a great holiday on the Costa Brava. The flat is a small duplex without lift, with a kitchen open to the living room fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware (fridge, oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). There is a table for eight people next to a chill-out sofa with TV and Internet. On this floor there is a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a living room, with TV and sofa bed for two people. There is also a double bedroom with a bathroom with shower. Entrance: from 17:00 to 20:00 hours from Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sundays or public holidays, please contact the agency.
