Casa Belvedere is a modern and very cosy villa on the edge of Villaverde. Due to its special location, you can enjoy a fantastic view over the valley and the entire north of the island. Equipped with everything your heart desires, you can spend a relaxing holiday here with friends or family. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest WC. An infrared panel is installed in all bathrooms, providing pleasant warmth even in winter. The light-flooded living area, the high-quality equipped kitchen and the dining area offer space for 8 guests and are connected to the various terraces via large sliding glass doors. On the sheltered pool terrace there is a lounge area, a large dining table for 8 and a small outdoor kitchen with a modern gas barbecue with side burner. The heated pool has a counter-current system and the adjoining sun terraces with their loungers ensure relaxing hours. The villa has excellent internet (fibre 1Gb/s download, 1Gb/s upload). There is a 65 inch flat screen TV in the living room and a 55 inch in bedroom 1. A high quality sound system is available in the living room. A covered car park offers space for at least 2 vehicles and an 11 kW charging station for electric cars is available in the basement on request....
