Entrance from the promenade, large terrace with sun loungers, spacious lounge with sat tv, modern well equipped kitchen and sun room for storing bicycles. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with two single beds and bathroom in the corridor with bathtub. In the living room there is a third bedroom for relaxation and reading with sea views.


The beach of Matagorda, situated in Puerto del Carmen, is one of the best tourist areas of Lanzarote. The beach enters the house by the proximity and the Avenida de las Playas offers a great level of restaurants, supermarket at 50 meters, and also from Matagorda you can walk or cycle along the east coast of Lanzarote to Arrecife, near the sea, and by a bike lane without traffic, enjoying the walk and stopping for a snack on one of the terraces of Playa Honda.
