The accommodation is located in the centre of La Cala de Mijas in a pedestrian street. You will only be able to park your vehicle in this street for a few minutes to unload your luggage. We recommend that you look for parking in the surrounding area, as the accommodation has no parking space.



Although the village is small, it is equipped like a town. It has, practically at hand all the services of various supermarkets, restaurants, hairdressers, hardware store, lawyers, veterinarian, notary, opticians, garage, optician, banks, gym, two schools, institutes, shops, bus stop, taxis, etc. the Town Hall and the Casa de la Cultura. There is a health centre about 300 mts away, outside the town centre.



Apartment subject to deposit, to be paid before arrival or with the Check-in staff. The return of the same will be executed 48 hours after your departure and the verification of the same.



As you will see, enjoying this flat will be very easy, starting the day with a stroll along the beaches of La Cala, having all the services nearby, both supermarkets and leisure and catering establishments. If you are travelling with children, a few meters from the flat you will have both in urban area and on the beach, public facilities where you can spend a good time with them and enjoy watching them play, both on the beach and in the park.



The flat is accessed from a building with three flats and two studios, which, although without a lift, can be reached after climbing very few steps as it is located on the first floor (which is more like a mezzanine), where this flat is alone.



At the entrance to the accommodation you will have a wide view of the balcony, living-dining room and kitchenette. A large sofa presides over this space where you can sit and enjoy a comfortable evening with your family watching TV or enjoying your favourite series thanks to the free WIFI connection offered by the accommodation. You can create different atmospheres when night falls in the living-dining room, thanks to the wide range of lighting available in this area, where you can choose which area you want to illuminate from the buttons.



The accommodation has air conditioning in all useful rooms, bedrooms and living room, also, it has double glazing closures that will provide extra noise insulation and improved temperature control making the accommodation more efficient when you have the air conditioners on.



You will not miss the American style kitchen with an industrial design and stainless steel furniture, you can make any kind of lunch for you and your family, and if you are missing any product do not worry, you have food shops next door!



Just behind the sofa bed you will have a wardrobe where the hosts have left prepared (in case you want to use them) an iron, table sets and beach chairs. These items must be taken care of and respected if you make use of them.



Crossing the corridor that separates the living room from the bedrooms, you will find a toilet (only washbasin and toilet). In this toilet there is a washing machine where you can wash your clothes if necessary.



Continuing along this corridor you will come to the two large bedrooms which house the 4 of the 6 beds in the apartment. These two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, the beds are arranged as a queen size bed in one of them and two single beds in the other. Both bedrooms have windows to the outside, with the bedroom with twin beds having a terrace where you can relax reading a book or having a cup of tea.



The fifth and sixth bed can sleep on the comfortable Italian style sofa bed in the living room.



The accommodation has fibre optic wifi and air conditioning.



The televisions in the bedrooms only work via wifi. They are not connected to the antenna network.
