You will find the charming Villa Nico within walking distance of the centre of the popular area of Matagorda in Puerto del Carmen. The variety of facilities such as restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and a beautiful sandy beach make it perfect for couples or families who want to relax and enjoy their own pool. The villa is tastefully furnished with all the necessary amenities (wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, hairdryer). The interior is spacious and bright, where you can sit and enjoy the satellite TV and DVD player. There are two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sun-drenched terrace with sun loungers to enjoy the Lanzarote sun all year round, where you can relax, read or take a siesta. The outdoor barbecue is designed to enjoy lunch or dinner with your loved ones in the open air during the warm evenings. The villa does not have private parking, however, it is in a very well communicated area where you can enjoy a pleasant walk, rent a bicycle or scooter, take the bus, taxi or rent a car if you wish.


This is a product especially for families. The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. A deposit of 500€ will be requested prior to your arrival and will be returned on departure once the conditions of the accommodation have been checked. If there is any breakage or damage during your stay, please contact us for immediate repair. Groups under 26 years of age are not accepted. Pets are not allowed.
