Casa Eva is situated less than 300 m from Los Pocillos Beach, the largest beach in Puerto del Carmen. Imagine returning home after a relaxing day at the beach: after a 3 minute walk, you can finish the day with a swim in your private 6x3 m pool, 1.5 m deep, take a shower in one of the 2 bathrooms available to guests - both with shower - and have a drink on the private terrace of the house, while waiting to go out for dinner in one of the thousands of restaurants in the surrounding area.
Casa Eva has a living room with 65-inch Smart TV, satellite channels and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker and dining table. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning to cool summer days. They also have two 43-inch TVs for those nights when you want to stay at home. On the terrace you will find a table with chairs, 4 sun loungers and a barbecue. There is also a cot and washing machine at guests' disposal. WIFI with fibre. Private parking.
