This spacious and modern apartment features natural tones and slick, stylish furnishings, creating the perfect haven for your holidays.
The open plan living/kitchen area leads to the 1st terrace with an outdoor dining table and BBQ and a fabulous hanging day-bed. The terrace has glass balustrades making it appear even larger. The views are spectacular! From the mountains, over the golf courses, to the sea!
There is one double bedroom, with access to the terrace. There is a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with ensuite showers and direct access to the second terrace.
There is a dedicated parking spot, aircon, smart TV and wifi.
The complex is superb, with some great features including a gym, reception, spa, padel court, children´s playground, communal swimming pool, and a communal BBQ area!
A 15 min walk will take you to the beach and the heart of La Cala de Mijas with all its amenities and an array of bars and restaurants.
Easy access to the highway A7 in directions Fuengirola/Malaga and Marbella/Puerto Banús.
