Description of the accommodation

The outdoor area is a paradise. The private chlorine pool invites you to take a refreshing dip while taking in the spectacular mountain scenery. It measures 8 x 8 metres and has a depth of 1 to 1.90 metres. Here you can barbecue, enjoy a cool drink and sunbathe on the deckchairs. Several corners are ideal for reading or cosy evenings.

The large living-dining room, which you enter via the terrace, is ideal for spending time with family and friends. Perhaps while watching television (satellite TV) or chatting. Almost all rooms have access to the terraces that surround the house. Large sliding doors separate this room from the kitchen-living room with comfortable sofas, dining tables and, in addition to a ceramic hob, all the important appliances and utensils you need for cooking. There is a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. The fireplaces cannot be used. There are 2 floors, 3 of the 4 bedrooms are on the ground floor. These rooms have access to the terraces and each has an integrated bathroom with bathtub. Two of the rooms each have a double bed, one is furnished with 2 single beds. A guest WC completes the floor. The bedroom on the first floor has a double bed and separate bathroom with shower and separate bathtub. A cot and high chair are provided for the little ones if you ask for them. Central heating is available in winter and 5 fans provide cooling in summer.

Bunyola is a charming village at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. Perfect for a holiday with outdoor activities such as hiking or cycling. The village is about 2.4km from the house and has several bars, restaurants, a supermarket and small shops for daily needs. You should not miss a visit to the surrounding villages such as Valldemossa, Sóller, Fornalutx etc. You can spend a day at the beach in Puerto de Sóller, approx. 15.5 km away. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted. There is outdoor parking for 3 cars. There is parking for 2 cars in the garage.

Tourist licence: ETV/11785On the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa. This tax must be paid by the guest. The amount to be paid is between 0.55€ per night and guest in the low season and 2.2€ per night and guest in the high season. From the 9th day the tax is reduced by half. Persons under the age of 16 are exempt
