Spectacular 3 bedroom duplex flat with capacity for up to 8 people, located in the heart of Valencia. Living-dining room with open plan fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms with shower. Air conditioning by splits in living-dining room and bedrooms. Very well connected by bus and metro and only 1.2 km from the city centre, 4.5 km from the City of Arts and Sciences, 6.5 km from the beaches of Las Arenas and Malvarrosa de Valencia and 18 km from the Albufera Natural Park.
The accommodation
Duplex flat in a recently renovated building, located in the Arrancapins district (Extramurs). It has been decorated with carefully chosen furniture where you will perceive a fresh, cosy and practical atmosphere, with everything you may need during your stay.
The duplex flat, of 137m2, has the following spaces
GROUND FLOOR
- Bright living-dining room with capacity for 8 diners equipped with double sofa bed of 100x185cm, round dining table, HD TV and access to an elongated balcony.
- Kitchen open to the living room fully equipped with small appliances (dolçe gusto coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle and blender).
- Cozy master bedroom with double bed 150x190cm and large wardrobes. Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, mirror, washbasin and wc.
- Second bedroom with single bed 90x200cm, wardrobe and desk.
- 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower, mirror, washbasin and wc.
1ST FLOOR (access by stairs):
- 2nd open-plan bedroom with double bed 150x200cm, sofa bed 100x185cm and 2 pouffes.
It comes with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scourer, 1 kitchen towel, 2 rubbish bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (hand gel). Coffee capsules and 1.5l. bottle of mineral water.

The Neighbourhood
Extramurs is a residential district built as an extension of the old city of Valencia, in order to provide accommodation for the growing population. In fact, most of the buildings were built between 1900 and 1960. In this area it is really easy to fill your pantry, there are several supermarkets in the area and where it is easy to find organic food.
The property is located in the Arrancapins neighbourhood, close to the Ángel Guimerá metro station. A quiet residential area ideal for family visits, 15 minutes walk from the famous Rojas Clemente Market, 19 minutes walk from the Quart Towers, 15 minutes from the Central Market and 20 minutes from the Town Hall Square.
How to get around
The area is well connected by bus, metro, taxi and bicycle lane, which takes 10 minutes to the historic centre and 20 minutes to the Malvarrosa beach.
-BUS stops: Pérez Galdós - Conca, 3 metres away (Line C3).
Pérez Galdós - Martínez Aloy, 300 metres away (Line 71).
-Angel Guimerá Metro stop, 750 metres away. (Lines 1, 2, 5 and 9).
-Joaquin Sorolla train station (AVE): 1 km away.
-North train station: 1.2 km away.
-Bicycle lane 10 metres from the building.
