Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. There are many bus links to be found at the junction of Leith Walk and Great Junction street. 5-10 mins walk across Leith links park. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. My beautiful and pet friendly property has a private entrance and a private garden, within a central location of the city. Within a ten minute walk, you can access Edinburgh's most famous attractions such as Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, and the New Town! A spacious and luxurious flat with three bedrooms, equipped kitchen, and well decorated throughout. In the spacious living room there is a comfy sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and smart TV so you can enjoy a cosy evening after a long day exploring the town. There is also a dining table where you can enjoy homemade meals with your loved ones! The kitchen is located next to the living room to socialise with the keen cooks. It is nicely equipped and has the advantage of a fridge freezer, hob, and oven. The first bedroom has a comfy double bed, the second bedroom has a large king bed and the last bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also plenty of storage in each bedroom, so you can store all of your personal belongings and luggage without losing too much space! Each bedroom has a TV with Freeview. There are 2 bathrooms and they both contain a walk in shower. One of the bathroom is ensuite which is perfect for some privacy and a relaxing time!
