The Costa Brava, with its beautiful beaches is only 30 minutes by car and the Pyrenees skiing stations only 1 hour away. There are lots of interesting villages and towns in the area, like the Salvador Dali Museum in Figueras and the Castle where he and Gala used to live only 30 minutes away. The beautiful villages of Besalú, La Bisbal, Olot can be visited in day trips. The beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava, like S'agaró, Pals, Platja D'aro etc can also be reached within 30 to 40 minutes by car. Girona has a couple of gourmet restaurants and a wonderful flower show called 'Temps the Flors' in May where the streets of the old town are decorated with flowers. It is worth a visit!! The ideal place to enjoy this special city and discover its history and culture. The studio has a flat screen TV, fast high quality internet/wifi, an easy chair and a dining table for 2 people. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, kettle and coffee maker. It also has a washing machine.
