It is impossible to find a location even closer to the beach than with Catalunya 1! The location of this well-kept apartment is worth a 10, because it's located directly (!) at the beach; a towel, sun cream and a bucket for sandcastles are the only things you have to think about. The beautiful boulevard in front of your holiday apartment takes you to the cozy center of L'Estartit and its active port, all within a 5 minute walk! The showpiece of this apartment is undoubtedly his magnificent views of the sea, the Medes Islands and the harbor, which you can fully enjoy from the terrace. This is undoubtedly one of the most charming and privileged corners of the Costa Brava. It is an ideal place to forget about the car during vacations, as you can walk everywhere: close to the port, the small Molinet beach right in front, shops, restaurants, diving centers, and near the lively atmosphere of the Costa Brava. This small building of only 7 apartments has an entrance from the Molinet promenade at beach level and another entrance from Cap de la Barra street, with approximately 50 meters of slight ascent. It features a communal pool and terrace with stunning views, where you can relax and enjoy with your family. Bed sheets are included in the rental price.
