The port of Alcudia beach is approx. 150 metres from our property. As you enter the hallway of Casa Llac there is a utility room with Washing Machine on the left then a toilet room. The kitchen is on the right and has all electrical appliances along with a small table and chairs for 3 people, there is a door leading out to the front of the property. The lounge area is at the end of the hallway with dining facilities, satellite TV, wi fi and reverse cycle air conditioning. There is also a sofa / Bed that can be used for extra occupancy. There are very large patio doors giving great views of the private swimming pool and mountains from the lounge area this then leads to a conservatory with dining facilities. This then opens out to the private swimming pool 6m x 2.20m with pool depths of 1.60-1.10 entering via steps along with sun loungers. BBQ available.
