Bright exterior studio with private terrace, located in a modern building, just few minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced.The studio is located on a third floor, easily accessible with the lift; The main terrace does not belong to the flat, but clients can use it.Really close to the historical centre, 3 minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced, 10 minutes walking from Calle Larios; supermarkets and restaurants all around the area. The area is calm. The studio has a double bed, a private balcony, TV, fully equipated kitchenette and a complete bathroom.
